Kaleigh's NYC Bachelorette Party: Part 1

IMG_2797.jpg

This summer was insanely busy and I’m so excited to FINALLY share all my adventures on the blog starting with a full wedding recap! Back in January one of the oldest and closest friends, Kaleigh, asked me to be her Maid of Honor! The wedding wasn’t until June 14th but I immediately started planning her bachelorette party because I’m v extra and needed everything to be perfect!

The bride and I decided that instead of a separate bachelorette weekend, I would throw a party at the hotel Sixty LES the night before the wedding to keep things simple. We booked a hotel suite with two giant couches, a dining room table and chairs, and a small kitchen complete with two mini refrigerators. The queen size bed folded up into the wall so we had plenty of space to host 13 girls. Honestly, having Kaleigh’s bachelorette party the night before the wedding was one of our best ideas. Wedding receptions are always a crazy blur so I was thankful Kaleigh got to spend quality time with all of her closest friends that night. Plus all of her girlfriends were happy because they didn’t have to drop a bunch of cash on traveling to an expensive destination bachelorette party!

Anyway, I’ll talk more about the lingerie shower and party details in parts two and three. There were just too many details and cute pictures to fit into only one blog post!

This post is specifically dedicated to all the amazing vendors and brands who helped make the party absolutely fabulous! I would have had a hard time pulling this party off without my wonderful planner and photographer Lauren Lucile Creative! Lauren helped keep me organized by creating spread sheets, setting up the party (because I had to run off to the rehearsal dinner), taking pictures during the event and helped cleaning everything up. Having her there allowed me to stay present with the bride and enjoy the party too, so I highly recommend checking Lauren out!

This adorable NYC florist was wonderful to work with and created several beautiful arrangements for the party! The hotel suite immediately felt cozier with the addition of flowers and they matched the decorations perfectly.

I would HIGHLY recommend this genius company to anyone planning a bachelorette party! The Bachelorette Butler will curate a box of super cute DIY party supplies (decorations and paper products) that are perfectly themed for your event. They take some of the stress away from party planning so you can focus on the big picture. I loved working with these girls and can’t wait to use them again soon!
