Today, we are kicking off a new blog series and I am PUMPED about it! The Team Teale posts will properly introduce you all to the team of badass babes who love and support me with my blog endeavors every day.First up is my little baby angel Intern Caitlin!
Gagged Chokers Anniversary Party
So I did a little reflecting today, and I'm sure from the outside all of my crazy pictures on Instagram and this blog must make it look like my life is insane. I promise I am not always on a yacht or hanging out in public places with inflatable pool toys – just most of the time. In case you aren’t sick of my shenanigans yet, I thought I would share some more pictures from one of our favorite nights last week.
Backstage Sessions: Interview with Broadway Costumer Cate Goetschius
I am absolutely thrilled for you all to read this blog post so I can introduce you to my beautiful friend, Cate! Cate has been the Glinda Dresser at Wicked on Broadway for the past four years. I first met her in January 2015 during my first week working as a swing dresser at Wicked. I introduced myself to her at the company holiday party and remember being so nervous! Since then we've bonded through some crazy times (in and out of the theatre) and become so close. She has been an incredibly loyal and supportive friend to me. Cate is hilarious, generous, thoughtful and extremely intelligent. She always shows up for me when I need her, loves dressing up for theme parties of any kind AND she has the coolest tattoo of a purple spool of thread on her arm. So she's literally the best babe squad member a girl could ask for.
Teale's Top Ten: Manhattan Rooftops
Hello hello my babes! I am sorry I have been missing in action from my blog lately. Summer in the city is truly the craziest time of year -- people are always coming to visit, and everyone is obsessed with being outside. I guess you could say that instead of writing, I’ve been out doing research...which leads me to today's blog topic: my favorite rooftops!
Broadway History: The Tony Awards
The 71st Annual Tony Awards were on June 11, and they are always such an exciting day to be working on Broadway. As I was flipping through the Tonys Playbill that night, naturally, I started to wonder about the show's history and decided to conduct a little research. This blog is turning me into a mega nerd, and I don't hate it. I hope you enjoy these theater history posts as much as I do!
