Before my big move a few months ago, I did tons of research on every home goods product you can imagine. I like being an educated consumer! Quality is extremely important to me, especially when buying products I’ll use regularly. This blog post highlights a handful of new products I found that have helped make my new apartment feel like home!

Welcome to the first ever home tour on The Backstage Blonde! Since moving into my new apartment last month, I have been completely obsessed with turning it into the coziest and girliest nest in all the land. Because I enjoy ferociously obsessing over every detail of a project until it’s perfect, with help from Burrow, Allswell, Bear Mattress, Bluebird Linens and Onsen, I achieved my goal in record time! Today's edition of On The Road features my beautiful new friend Shoba Narayan! Shoba is a Pennsylvania native and is currently starring as Eliza Hamilton on the Philip national tour. Before this, she was in the 12-time Tony nominated musical Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812. In that role, she made Broadway headlines in 2017 by being the first South Asian female in a principal role in more than a decade. I am thrilled for you guys to get to know this strong female lead and find out what she loves about playing Eliza!

This week's edition of On The Road features the third and final member of Aladdin's sidekick squad, Philippe Arroyo! Philippe is a native Floridian and gratulated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA in musical theatre. You might recognize him from his time on the Into the Woods national tour. Currently, Philippe is playing Omar on the first national tour of Disney's award winning musical, Aladdin! Make sure to check him out when Aladdin's magic carpet lands in your city!
